Seeger Weiss LLP

To our clients and colleagues:

At Seeger Weiss, our primary concern is—and has always been—the well being of our clients, colleagues, and community. During this unprecedented public health crisis, we endeavor to safeguard the health and safety of our team while ensuring that our clients continue to receive the industry-leading legal services for which we’ve become known. Rest assured that Seeger Weiss remains open, has adapted, and that our advocacy continues uninterrupted.

Like other service professionals confronting the uncertainties associated with the COVID-19 virus, Seeger Weiss will continue to remain attentive to all recommendations and guidelines of the Centers for Disease Control and other public health authorities. Although the firm’s physical offices remain open only to our staff on an as-needed basis, our state-of-the-art IT systems have allowed us to operate remotely at full capacity. We have mobilized all resources necessary to achieve a seamless transition to this new normal. Our team is actively working on all cases, monitoring the various court dockets, and will continue to give our clients’ matters the personal attention they deserve. Seeger Weiss attorneys and staff remain reachable through all lines of communication—we are always here for you!

Although we are positioned to deliver timely representation to all our clients, in the last week we have witnessed widespread procedural adjournments entered by state and federal courts throughout the country to accommodate the challenges that their personnel and the litigants before them are facing due to the spreading virus. Our preparations of your claims and our readiness to represent your interests remain unabated, but some delay will result from these court orders. We ask for your patience as the system navigates these emergent challenges.

As we commit ourselves to serving your needs, our thoughts are with each of you during these trying times. We hope that you and your families are and remain healthy. If there is anything our firm can do to make this situation better, we trust that you will contact us at our toll-free number: 877-541-3273.

We wish you well,
Seeger Weiss LLP
