Seeger Weiss is proud to announce that partners Shauna Itri and Ben Barnett have each been named finalists for the 2026 Pennsylvania Legal Awards, presented by Law.com. The honorees will be recognized at an awards ceremony on June 11, 2026.

Itri has been named a finalist for the Power Players award, which recognizes attorneys whose advocacy made a significant impact in 2025 on public policy, legislation, or jurisprudence in Pennsylvania. Itri has built a national litigation practice spanning data privacy, consumer protection, antitrust, and mass torts. She was co-lead counsel in the Cencora Data Security Breach class action that settled for $40 million, and serves on the Plaintiffs’ Executive Committee in the AT&T Customer Data Security Breach Litigation, participating in negotiations that led to a $177 million settlement that recently obtained preliminary court approval, and is currently playing a key role among Plaintiffs’ counsel in the In re Settlement Class Action Administration Litigation, MDL 3162. Beyond the courtroom, in 2026, Itri was appointed to the Sedona Conference Working Group 1 (WG1) Steering Committee for a three-year term.

Barnett has been named a finalist for the Best Law Firm Mentors award, which recognizes senior attorneys who have taken on the responsibility of developing the next generation of legal talent. Since joining the firm, Barnett has made mentorship central to his practice, directly involving junior attorneys in complex discovery efforts across high-profile matters and treating every challenge as a teaching opportunity. Barnett believes the goal of mentors is to help the younger attorneys develop a proactive mindset and tool kit that allows them to build a fulfilling, meaningful career and self-correct when things do not go according to plan.

The firm congratulates Shauna and Ben on being selected as finalists for these recognitions. See the full list of finalists here.
