ERMI Duty to Protect Information

As a medical service provider, East River Medical Imaging is required to protect private personal information and confidential medical information as part of the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA). ERMI may have failed to adequately safeguard private information by failing to maintain adequate security systems to prevent data access.

ERMI Delayed Notification
