The evidence is mounting that former players are suffering from neurocognitive ailments at rates even higher than what medical experts previously estimated. We will not allow the NFL to escape this fact and evade its settlement responsibilities by using a small number of potentially fraudulent claims to deny payment to legitimate ones.”
