Seeger Weiss litigation associate Max Kelly will be participating in a session on March 23rd at the Complex Litigation e-Discovery Forum (CLEF) Spring Conference. The discussion, entitled “Search Methodology: Basics, Developments & Pittfalls,” will focus on negotiating with opposing counsel, drafting technology assisted review (TAR) protocols, validating search terms, and new developments in case law. A leading expert in e-Discovery, Kelly previously presented on the matter at Mass Torts Made Perfect in the Fall of 2022.

Max’s practice includes class actions, mass torts, and whistleblower matters. He has been centrally involved in the 3M Combat Arms Earplug multidistrict litigation since its inception. Representing veterans in one of the largest mass torts in history, Kelly has served on several trial teams and helped obtain multiple seven-figure verdicts for injured service members.
