Seeger Weiss and Partners Recognized in the Chambers 2025 USA Guide

Seeger Weiss is proud to announce that the firm—alongside partners Christopher Seeger, David Buchanan, Ben Barnett, and Parvin Aminolroaya—has been recognized in the newly released Chambers 2025 USA Guide. This marks the fifth consecutive year that Seeger Weiss has been recognized by Chambers USA. For over three decades, Chambers has been a trusted authority in legal research, and insights, with inclusion in their guides widely recognized as one of the most prestigious honors in the legal profession.

The firm and partners Christopher Seeger and David Buchanan have been included in Band 1 of the Chambers USA Product Liability: Plaintiffs guide for the second year in a row. Adding to the firm’s top-tier accolades, partner Parvin Aminolroaya earned her first Chambers recognition with a Band 1 inclusion in New Jersey Litigation: Mainly Plaintiffs.

Band 1 is the highest distinction of Chambers award, reflecting exceptional legal skill, professionalism, and client service. Seeger Weiss’ Chambers profile notes that the firm is “leading history-making and record-setting cases on behalf of individuals, companies, and governments who have been injured or defrauded on an individual or mass scale,” and “best known for multidistrict mass torts and class actions in both state and federal court—and especially for taking those cases to trial.”

For nearly 20 consecutive years, founding partner Christopher Seeger has been recognized in Chambers. This year, Seeger was listed in Band 1 for Product Liability: Plaintiffs and New Jersey Litigation: Mainly Plaintiffs. On his Chamber’s page, it is noted that he has “led some of the most complex, groundbreaking, and high-profile litigations in the U.S., at both the state and federal level,” and “Often selected by the courts to serve as Lead Counsel, Co-Lead Counsel, Liaison Counsel, or member of the Plaintiffs’ Executive and/or Steering Committee in dozens of proceedings.”

Partner David Buchanan was also included in Band 1 for Product Liability: Plaintiffs and New Jersey Litigation: Mainly Plaintiffs, marking the 11th consecutive year Buchanan has been recognized in the annual guide. From Chambers’ editorial: “David Buchanan is a renowned trial lawyer who has acted on high-profile cases including opioid litigation, pharmaceutical cases and consumer products,” and “He is a standout lawyer.”

Partner Ben Barnett was recognized in Band 3 for E-Discovery & Information Governance Nationwide. This marks Barnett’s 13th consecutive year in the Chambers guide. According to his Chambers’ profile, Ben is “a leading eDiscovery attorney who has played a key strategic role in significant civil and criminal matters for more than 17 years.”

In a noteworthy first recognition by Chambers, partner Parvin Aminolroaya was listed in Band 1 for New Jersey Litigation: Mainly Plaintiffs. Parvin’s Chambers review page mentions, “Parvin Aminolroaya is highly sought after for her representation of plaintiffs in product liability litigation.”

Per Chambers’ methodology, it seeks to identify the best practice groups and lawyers in 200 jurisdictions across the globe.
