Lawdragon is known for its rigorous selection process, featuring attorneys who have demonstrated excellence in their respective fields. This inaugural guide highlights leaders in competition law who are driving significant change through their legal work and advocacy. For over two decades, Scullion has led complex litigations, arbitrations, and appeals for U.S. and multinational clients in areas including antitrust, consumer fraud, public nuisance, and product liability. Her experience spans multidistrict litigations, class actions, and federal regulatory proceedings.

“We’re thrilled to introduce our inaugural guide to the elite lawyers parrying for an equal playing field for corporates and consumers worldwide,” Lawdragon wrote.

In 2024, Scullion was appointed to the Direct Action Plaintiffs Executive Committee in the MultiPlan Health Insurance Providers Litigation, which consolidates lawsuits alleging that MultiPlan and major insurers conspired to fix and lower reimbursement rates for out-of-network healthcare providers.

She also supports Seeger Weiss’s work as Co-Lead Counsel for the Direct Purchasers in Apple Smartphone Antitrust Litigation and has led or co-led the firm’s work in multiple additional antitrust matters, including the Copaxone, “Proteins”, Fragrance, and Liquid Aluminum Sulfate antitrust cases.

“I am honored to be recognized by Lawdragon alongside such an accomplished group of legal professionals,” said Scullion. “The evolving landscape of antitrust law requires relentless advocacy on behalf of plaintiffs harmed by anti-competitive conduct. I’m proud to work alongside my colleagues at Seeger Weiss to ensure fairness and accountability in the marketplace.”
