New York Adult Survivors Act Attorneys

The State of New York recently passed the Adult Survivors Act which will allow adult survivors of sexual abuse to seek justice, even if the statute of limitations has expired. Beginning November 24, 2022, adult sexual abuse victims will have a one-year window to file lawsuits for previous sexual abuse.
