Erica Kubly is a litigation associate at Seeger Weiss whose practice focuses primarily on mass tort litigation. She brings her knowledge of complex litigation to her work on the National Prescription Opiate Litigation and the Social Media Adolescent Addiction Litigation. Motivated by a desire to represent people harmed by large corporations, Erica has dedicated her practice to advocating for individuals pursuing claims against powerful corporate interests.
Before joining Seeger Weiss in 2010, Erica earned her Bachelor of Arts in American Literature and Culture from UCLA and went on to receive her Juris Doctor from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law. With over 17 years of legal experience, she is admitted to practice in both New York and Illinois.
