Seeger Weiss was recognized as the top Products Liability practice of the year, Jennifer Scullion was recognized as an Elite Women of the Plaintiffs Bar Winner, and founding partner Chris Seeger was honored with the Lifetime Achievement Award by The National Law Journal at their 2022 Elite Trial Lawyers event.

The Lifetime Achievement award honored Chris for the indelible mark he has left on his community, clients, and practice. Over his accomplished career, Chris has been a leader and trailblazer in some of the nation’s most complex and high-profile litigation, developing groundbreaking legal strategies that have changed the profession and practice of law for the better. As one of the most influential trial lawyers in the country, Chris has impacted the lives of his clients and the legal community at large. Chosen for a spot this year on the Elite Women of the Plaintiffs Bar Winner’s list, Jennifer Scullion has been a leader in complex litigations, arbitrations, and appeals for over 20 years including work on high-profile cases like the National Prescription Opioid Litigation, where she is a member of the Plaintiffs’ Executive Committee, Settlement Committee, Manufacturers’ Committee and Law & Briefing Committee in the MDL on behalf of local governments and Co-lead counsel for the Negotiation Class.
