Seeger Weiss is proud to announce that senior partner David R. Buchanan was inducted as a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers at the College’s Annual Meeting in New York City.
Founded in 1950, the College is widely recognized as the preeminent organization of trial lawyers in North America, composed of leaders of the trial bar from the United States, Canada, and Puerto Rico. Fellowship is extended by invitation only, following a rigorous review process, to experienced trial lawyers who have demonstrated the highest standards of trial advocacy, ethical conduct, professionalism, civility, and collegiality.
The American College of Trial Lawyers strives to preserve and enhance trial practice, civility, and the administration of justice through support of an independent judiciary, the rule of law, trial by jury, and access to justice.
Through his practice, Dave represents individual and corporate plaintiffs in complex products liability and commercial litigation matters in state and federal courts nationwide. We congratulate him on this distinguished honor.
