Seeger Weiss is pleased to announce that Erica Kubly, Max Kelly, and Audrey Siegel have been elevated to the position of Counsel.

Erica Kubly’s focuses on mass tort litigation, representing clients in nationally consequential matters, including the National Prescription Opiate Litigation and the Social Media Adolescent Addiction Litigation. Since joining the firm in 2010, she has skillfully served thousands of individuals harmed by corporate malfeasance.

Max Kelly focuses his practice on mass torts and class action litigation, representing clients in a number of notable MDL’s, including the 3M Combat Arms Earplug Litigation and GLP-1 Receptor Agonists Products Liability Litigation. Since joining the firm in 2019, Max has distinguished himself by nimbly handling high-stakes discovery, briefing, and oral arguments.

Audrey Siegel centers her practice on catastrophic injury, product liability, mass tort, and consumer class action litigation. Since joining the firm in 2023, she has made immediate and impactful contributions in the MultiPlan Health Insurance Providers Litigation, National Prescription Opiate Litigation, and the Social Media Adolescent Addiction Litigation.
