Seeger Weiss has been named as Pharmaceutical Litigation Practice Group of the Year at the National Law Journal’s 2026 Elite Trial Lawyers Awards.
This honor is reflects to the Seeger Weiss team’s efforts throughout the entire Pharmaceutical Litigation practice area, but specifically the firm’s work on the GLP-1 RA and Depo-Provera litigations.
Partner Parvin Aminolroaya serves as co-lead counsel in the Glucagon-Like Peptide-1 Receptor Agonists Products Liability Litigation, and in March 2026, Aminolroaya was appointed co-lead counsel for Plaintiffs and Counsel Max Kelly was appointed to the Plaintiffs’ Executive Committee in the GLP-1 RAs Non-Arteritic Anterior Ischemic Optic Neuropathy Products Liability Litigation, putting the firm in co-lead positions across both GLP-1 proceedings at once. Founding partner Christopher Seeger serves as co-lead counsel in the Depo-Provera Products Liability Litigation, where it was recently announced in a court order that Pfizer and plaintiffs’ lead counsel have reached a global agreement to resolve eligible claims in the litigation, though the terms have not yet been finalized.
