Triangle Tube Prestige Boiler Under Investigation for Possible Shut-off Defect

image description

Seeger Weiss is currently investigating claims for a class action suit for problems with the Triangle Tube Prestige Boiler.  It has been reported that the boiler repeatedly shuts off due to an ignition failure. This may display on the control panel as “lockout” mode.  Once the boiler enters lockout mode, it requires restarting the entire boiler.

In addition to a lack of hot water when the boiler goes into lockout mode, the same ignition failures may occur repeatedly.

Since its establishment in 1999, Seeger Weiss has led some of the most complex and high-profile litigations in the U.S.
