Regus Office Services Under Investigation for Alleged Consumer Violations

image description

Regus office services is being investigated by Seeger Weiss LLP for consumer violations. Regus is alleged to be doing unfair business practices by putting automatic contract renewal terms in their contracts.

Regus’ contracts have automatic renewal provisions which may violate state laws because they did not provide enough notice of the consumers’ need to end the contract in writing and do not clearly notify consumers of these important conditions within the contract. The contracts are long and wordy so consumers don’t notice the requirements to end the contract. To end the contract, a consumer must give notice a long time before the contract is over otherwise the contract is automatically renewed.

As we continue our investigation, Seeger Weiss is asking anyone who may have had a contract with Regus, in New York, or any other state, to please contact us for a free consultation.
