National Law Journal Elite Trial Lawyers

The National Law Journal and based their selection of America’s Elite Trial Lawyers on a number of factors, including the firm’s willingness to take on large cases and persevere in the face of adversity, as well as the impact that the litigation results had on government or business practices. Firms must have had at least one significant win during the applicable time period, with “significant win” being defined as “prevailing in a bench or jury trial or in a major settlement where the stakes were high.” Additionally, firms must have devoted at least half of their efforts to plaintiffs’ litigation and activities.

National Law Journal Trailblazers

Each year, The National Law Journal features several Trailblazer issues and accepts nominees from readers for who they believe made an impact in their respective practice areas. The publication’s editor reviews the nominees and selects 20 to 25 nominees for each practice area. A profile for each honoree is included in The National Law Journal’s Plaintiffs’ Lawyers Trailblazers.
