Kseniya Lezhnev Associate
Kseniya is a litigation associate in the firm’s New York office. Her practice focuses on consumer protection, investment fraud, antitrust and pharmaceutical injury.Prior to joining Seeger Weiss, Kseniya interned for the Hon. Justice Pineda-Kirwan at the Queens County Supreme Court, Civil Term, as well as with Tarter Krinsky & Drogin LLP, primarily in their real estate and commercial transactions departments.
Graduating cum laude, she was selected to participate in the Cardozo Bet Tzedek Civil Litigation Clinic at Cardozo Law School, where she filed a class action in the Eastern District of New York on behalf of thousands of low-income elderly and disabled New Yorkers against the City of New York, resulting in restoration of lost benefits and a change of rules by the Department of Finances.
She was also chosen to help research and prepare for publication the fifth edition of Stewart E. Sterk, Melanie B. Leslie & Joel C. Dobris, Estates and Trusts: Cases and Materials (4th ed. Found. Press 2011).
