Waldman-v-Wachovia Auction Rate Securities Case

Seeger Weiss LLP has been appointed Liaison Counsel in the Waldman v. Wachovia Auction Rate Securities Case number 08-cv-2913 in the United States District Court of the Southern District of New York. This litigation stemmed from the collapse of the Auction Rate Securities market when the brokers who supported the market simultaneously withdrew their support, compromising the auction rate markets' liquidity.
