Actions on Behalf of Minor Students - Seeger Wess LLP
Seeger Weiss LLP represents eleven former minor aged students and their families in an action to recover damages for serious and permanent physical and emotional injuries that they suffered as a result of physical, sexual and verbal abuse perpetrated against the students by the staff of a residential care agency and special act public school during the period of time from 1999 to 2003. The action is currently pending in the Supreme Court, Bronx County.
