Ford 2013 C-Max and Fusion Hybrids Lawsuit: Under Investigation for Mileage Claims

January 3, 2013

Seeger Weiss is investigating claims for a class action suit against Ford for allegedly advertising false mileage claims for two new hybrid vehicles.  Ford claims that its 2013 C-Max Hybrid and Fusion Hybrid models achieve 47 miles per gallon.  However, it is alleged that consumers are actually experiencing less miles per gallon than Ford advertises.

The EPA reportedly is investigating Ford’s testing procedures to ensure that they comply with federal standards.  Seeger Weiss is conducting its own investigation of the situation.  We are asking owners of 2013 C-Max Hybrid and Fusion Hybrid models to contact us if you believe your vehicle is not achieving the miles per gallon that Ford claims.  All initial attorney consultations are free of charge.
