Rental Companies Imposing "Damage Waiver" Charges

Seeger Weiss LLP is investigating claims for a potential class action that involves damage waiver charges imposed by rental companies.

Companies such as Hertz Equipment, United Rentals and NES Rentals often charge a damage waiver fee that may cost more than 10% of the price of the rental. Usually, the fee is automatically assessed and provides little benefit.
