Seeger Weiss Seeks Medical Malpractice Damages After Six Year Old's Meningitis

Seeger Weiss LLP is currently representing a six year old boy and his family in an action, which was brought to recover damages for severe brain damage the boy sustained as a result of the treating hospital's medical malpractice in failing to timely diagnose meningitis. The action is pending in the Supreme Court of Kings County.
