Potential Class Action Against Service Carriers For Locked Cell Phones

Consumer Class Actions: Cell Phone Locking
Seeger Weiss LLP is currently investigating claims for a potential class action. These claims involve cell phone service carriers that sell mobile phones that are "locked." Locked cell phones contain software that prevents the owner from taking their phone to a different service carrier. Individuals that unknowingly purchase locked cell phones are then required to purchase a new cell phone if they choose to change cell phone service carriers.

Please complete the questionnaire below if you purchased a locked cell phone or mobile device.
