Personal Injury

Commercial disputes are brought to court when a damages have been inflicted during the course of a commercial transaction. Commercial transactions are the exchange of goods and services that have economic value between producers and consumers. Commercial dispute cases are filed when damages are incurred during these transactions – whether through price-fixing, monopolies, fraud or negligence.
