Q: What will it cost?
A: Initial consultations are free. You do not have to pay any legal fees unless a recovery is made. If we do not recover anything then you do not have to pay us anything.

Q: How long does a typical case last?
A: A large pharmaceutical injury case will usually take about 5 years.

Q: Do I need to live nearby one of Seeger Weiss’s offices?
A: No. The attorneys at Seeger Weiss represents people in cities and states across the country. In a case like Yaz, Yasmin and Ocella, when there are many injured victims, many cases will be consolidated to one central location. You do not need to live near a Seeger Weiss office or the central location to participate in a lawsuit.

Q: Will I have to appear in court?
A: Probably not.

Q: What if I am under 18?
A: You will have to have your parent or legal guardian fill out an authorization form.
