Drugs in Class Action Litigation

Drug injury cases are commonly litigated in class actions. Class-action lawsuits involve an individual or a group that shares common legal issues and bring forth a lawsuit for harm or wrongdoing. This allows for multiple representatives to file suit for a class of people when the legal issue at hand is common to all members and when many people affected is so numerous that it becomes impractical to bring them all before the court individually.

Seeger Weiss, class action law firm, is intimately involved in several cases involving pharmaceutical litigation. The firm is appointed Co-Lead counsel in the federal MDL Vioxx litigation and Co-Liaison counsel in the New Jersey state Vioxx litigation. Seeger Weiss also serves on the plaintiffs' steering committee in the Accutane Multi-District Litigation.

The following drugs have been investigated and legal action filed nationwide because of their serious side effects. If you or a loved one has suffered a drug injury, please fill out form for free evaluation.
