AT&T Data Plan Tax Overcharges

AT&T improperly charges data plan customers taxes for internet connectivity for their iPhone, Blackberry, other smart phone, or for their 3G-capable laptop. The Internet Tax Freedom Act provides that no state or local government may tax fees charged for internet access, yet AT&T still collects a tax fee for each data plan subscription.
