James A. O'Brien III

Mr. O'Brien graduated from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst (B.A. Economics, 1984), and earned his law degree from the New England School of Law (J.D., 1988). Mr. O'Brien was a member and editor for the New England Law Review. Mr. O'Brien served as an Attorney Advisor for the U.S. Department of Labor from 1988-89, and as a Special Assistant U.S. Attorney in the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Southern District of New York from 1990 to 2001.
Mr. O'Brien is admitted to practice in New York, Massachusetts, and the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts.
