Rick M. Barreca

Rick Barreca is an associate with the firm. He practices in the areas of pharmaceutical and mass torts, securities and investment fraud, consumer and complex commercial litigation. Mr. Barreca currently serves as counsel in the IPO Securities Litigation and regularly counsels clients, shareholders and consumers in connection with securities and consumer fraud matters.

Mr. Barreca was born in Passaic, New Jersey. He received his B.A. from Montclair State College in 1992 and his J.D. from Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsburg Law School in 1998. He is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey.
