Joseph Tsai
Joseph Tsai is an associate with the firm at the Newark, New Jersey office. He practices in the areas of pharmaceutical injury and mass torts litigation.
Mr. Tsai received his B.A. in Political Science in 2003 from the University of California, Berkley and his law degree at the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in 2008, where he served on the Cardozo Journal of Law and Gender. He has been at Seeger Weiss since 2009 and is admitted to practice in New Jersey and New York.
Mr. Tsai belongs to the Appellate Courts Section of New York County Lawyers’ Association (NYCLA), the Asian American Bar Association of New York (AABANY) and the Asian Pacific American Lawyers Association of New Jersey (APALA/NJ). He speaks Mandarin.
