Dennis M. Geier
Dennis M. Geier, an associate of the firm, focuses his practice on representing clients who are suffering from asbestos-related diseases such as mesothelioma. He works on all aspects of these cases from start to finish, including client interviews, depositions, and motion practice. Recently, he worked on a $3.1 million settlement on behalf of an auto mechanic and Navy veteran who was diagnosed with mesothelioma at age 61. He also helped orchestrate a $2 million settlement on behalf of an 80-year-old California man who was diagnosed with mesothelioma after having worked on shipyards in California and across the country. Mr. Geier has also worked on many of the firm’s high-profile Vioxx cases, handling clients and their claims from the filing stage all the way through the settlement process.
Mr. Geier graduated from Syracuse University's S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications (B.S., 2003) and earned his law degree from Seton Hall University School of Law (J.D., 2006).
Mr. Geier is admitted to practice in New York (2007), New Jersey (2006), as well as the District Court of New Jersey (2006)
