Asim M. Badaruzzaman

Asim Badaruzzaman is an associate with the firm. He practices in the areas of pharmaceutical drug injury, medical device liability and mass tort litigation. He graduated with honors from Rutgers University (B.A., 2006) with a major in Political Science and earned his law degree from Seton Hall (J.D., 2009).

Mr. Badaruzzaman has worked at Seeger Weiss since 2008. He became an associate in 2009. His is admitted to practice in the State of New Jersey, as well as in the U.S. District Court of New Jersey. His admission to the New York bar is pending.
